In a quiet beach
community on South
Whidbey Island, Washington, Heron Beach Cottage is
available for rent by the night, week or month. The two bedroom, two
bath cottage
sleeps a maximum of six with a king size bed, two single beds and a
queen size sofa
bed. All bedding is
pure cotton with down duvets. A well equipped kitchen, dining area,
laundry, gas fireplace, deck with gas grill and a large back yard
with extensive flower gardens complete your accommodations.
Just
steps
from your door, Mackie Park
amenities include a ball field, playground, picnic tables with grills,
covered meeting area,
and boat launch. Maxwelton Beach offers miles of beach to explore,
fabulous westerly Olympic Mountain and shipping lane views, and a great
low tide with sand
bars.

Regular Season: $150
double occupancy per night, $20
each extra guest,
two night minimum, and discounts given for stays of four or
more days.
Summer
season: From June 15th through September
15th there is a three night minimum and rates are $170 double
occupancy, $20 each extra guest.
Significant discounts
given for stays of five or more days and the sixth night is free!
Weekly and monthly rates available upon
request.
Of course we
welcome children. They will love the park, playground, and
beach with
shallow water.
Well behaved pets
are welcome too with
prior approval and a $20 fee per day.
There is no smoking
inside the cottage.
50% deposit due at
time of booking. Balance due before arrival.
Our guests enjoy their privacy and independence and may choose to check themselves in and out of the cottage. Details upon confirmed reservation.
All rates are
subject to 10.4%
Washington
State tax. Check in time is
3:00 PM, check out time is 11:00 AM. We will try to accommodate an
early
check in or late departure with your advance notice.
Cancellation
Policy: If cancellation occurs 30 days or more in advance,
your deposit will be refunded minus a $30 office fee. Less than 30 days
notice, refunds given if the cottage is rebooked.

From the North:
Take
Highway 525 toward Clinton, turn right (South) at the traffic light of
Maxwelton
Rd, follow for 4.5 miles, Dave Mackie Memorial Park will be on your
right. We
are the next drive on the left behind the picket fence. 7495

From
the Ferry:
Crossing time from Mukilteo is 20 minutes and the ferry
runs
approximately every 30 minutes. In Clinton, follow the highway up from
the dock 2.5 miles, turn Left at the traffic
signal on Cultus Bay Rd, continue 2.2 miles, turn Right on French Rd,
pass the golf course, continue to the stop sign at Maxwelton Rd, turn
Left, in just over a mile,
Dave Mackie Memorial Park will be on your right. We are the next
driveway on the left behind the picket fence. 7495 Maxwelton Rd, Clinton
From
Langley: Start south
from town on Langley Rd. Pass the fairgrounds and turn Right on
Maxwelton Rd. Follow for 7.7 miles until you see a sign for Mackie Park
as above.
